Abstract: This paper mainly elaborates on the construction planning of portal steel structure demolition, which is divided into five aspects. Firstly, the basic situation of the demolition of the portal steel structure was introduced, and then the cleaning and replacement and equipment problems before the demolition were analyzed, and then the sludge reduction and waste liquid treatment scheme were introduced, and then the problems considered for the dismantling of the oil tank and hazardous waste treatment were introduced. Finally, the article summarizes several aspects that need to be considered in the construction planning of portal steel structure demolition.
1. The basic situation of the demolition of the portal steel structure.
Gantry steel structure generally refers to the long-span steel structure in industrial buildings, and its demolition process needs to consider the bearing capacity of the structure and the impact on the surrounding environment during the demolition process. Before demolition, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the structure and determine the demolition plan, including the demolition sequence, construction method, safety protection measures, etc. In addition, site surveys and construction plans are required to ensure that the demolition process is safe and controllable.
The demolition of Barros Group's chemical plant is a case of TYPICE's portal steel structure demolition, which mainly considers factors such as cleaning and replacement, equipment, sludge reduction, waste liquid treatment, tank removal, hazardous waste treatment, and environmental protection construction.
2. Cleaning and replacement and equipment**.
Before the dismantling of the portal steel structure, the equipment needs to be cleaned and replaced, so as to avoid the loss of dangerous goods such as slag residues, moisture, and solvents from affecting the demolition progress. At the same time, it is also necessary to treat the dismantled equipment to ensure that it does not pollute the environment. In the process of dismantling the Barros factory, Barros adopted the technology of immovable fire waterjet cutting and demolition for cleaning and replacement and equipment** to meet the requirements of environmental protection, safety and efficiency.
3. Sludge reduction and waste liquid treatment plan.
The generation of sludge and waste liquid is a factor that needs to be considered during the demolition of portal steel structures. In order to reduce waste generation, sludge reduction design can be adopted, and some sludge can be converted into reusable substances through physical and chemical treatment. At the same time, the waste liquid also needs to be treated by effective means, such as choosing chemical or biological methods for treatment.
During the dismantling of the Barros plant, the chemical chrome plating sludge remelting method and the process furnace oxidation furnace method were used to reduce the sludge. The waste liquid is treated by process chemistry and evaporation crystallization to ensure that the environment is not polluted.
4. Tank dismantling and hazardous waste treatment.
The portal steel structure often involves the dismantling of the oil tank, and the dismantling process needs to pay special attention to safety protection and prevent leakage. At the same time, the hazardous waste substances generated during the demolition process of the portal steel structure also need to be specially treated and disposed of.
During the dismantling of the Barros plant, the oil tanks were dismantled using diesel engine propulsion and mechanical unloading technology, and the hazardous waste generated was comprehensively solidified and professionally disposed of.
5. Environmental protection construction.
In the process of dismantling the portal steel structure, it is necessary to consider the impact of construction on the environment and the measures to restore the environment. In the early stage of construction, it is necessary to conduct an overall assessment of the environment, determine the scope of the impact of the construction on the environment, and formulate corresponding environmental protection measures. In the later stages of construction, environmental monitoring is also required to ensure that the environmental impact of the construction is within a manageable range.
During the demolition of the Barros plant, environmentally friendly construction measures were adopted, including dust control, waste sorting, noise reduction and other technical means to ensure that the environmental impact of the construction was minimized.
To sum up, many factors need to be considered in the construction planning of portal steel structure demolition, including equipment cleaning and replacement, sludge reduction, waste liquid treatment, oil tank demolition, hazardous waste treatment and environmental protection construction. In practice, a detailed construction plan needs to be developed according to the specific situation to ensure a safe and smooth demolition process.
