3. Purpose and scope of application
1) Definitions. Procedures that stipulate the prerequisites and specific operating rules for on-site measurement pay-off.
2) Purpose: To guide the on-site measurement pay-off team to better cooperate with the work of the construction team, ensure the accuracy and progress of the pay-off, and serve the on-site construction progress.
3) It is suitable for the on-site measurement and pay-off work of China Construction Second Bureau in the project of Wanda Plaza in Urumqi, Xinjiang.
4. Construction preparation
4.1. Staffing and job responsibilities
The on-site survey is equipped with 1 survey leader, 2 survey groups, and 5 pay-off groups (the pay-off group is equipped by the construction team itself). Surveying group: 2 surveying engineers and 2 surveyors. Pay-off group: 1 pay-off engineer and 3 pay-off workers The construction team must be fully equipped.
Survey team leader: responsible for the external interface, unified arrangement and coordination of on-site measurement and pay-off work. Cooperate with the on-site testing work of the surveyors of the supervision unit.
Surveying Engineer: Responsible for the measurement work arrangement of the group, familiar with the drawings and on-site measurement observation, recording, data collation and measurement results data collation and reporting, and technical and safety disclosure to the on-site surveyors.
Pay-off group engineer: responsible for the on-site pay-off work, formulate practical pay-off methods, arrange the on-site pay-off work, and organize pay-off personnel to actively conduct self-inspection.
Surveyors and pay-off workers: Actively cooperate with the work of surveying engineers and pay-off engineers, and release the structural edges of building axes, columns, walls, embedded parts, reserved openings and 300 500mm structural control lines according to the measurement control line.
4.2 Preparation of measuring equipment

4.3 Working Environment
The construction team reserves the correct 200mm 200mm casting point hole.
Each drop hole is well viscerated.
The pay-off site is required to be clean and dry.
4.4 Documentation
The foundation plate surface of the construction layer is measured by the survey team and the coordinates (x, y) data of the control points are measured.
Elevation (h) data for the leveling cardinal point.
The detailed structural drawings and formwork structural drawings of the pay-off part of the required construction layer are used as the basis for pay-off.
4.5 Participating units
1) The quality assurance department of the general manager of the project and the professional engineer of the construction team.

5. Detailed rules for pay-off operation
Flat position pay-off
1) Carefully familiar with the drawings, the survey engineer according to the on-site control point to measure the main axis point of each unit of the project, the pay-off engineer according to the survey group to measure the main axis point, construction plan and project progress and other actual conditions to develop a practical pay-off method and method.
2) Before pay-off, the pay-off group personnel should check the relative size of the positioning point of the measurement group and check the correctness of the use point.
3) Under the unified arrangement and guidance of the pay-off engineer, the pay-off worker carries out the on-site pay-off work.
4) According to the requirements of the construction schedule, release the accurate and accurate main axis and structural edge line and inspection line (300mm 500mm) before construction.
5) When the project is constructed to the standard height above 0 m, the control points (more than two) of the foundation ground are projected to different construction heights through the reserved holes by using the projection point instrument (or zenith instrument) as the basis for control and pay-off.
7) The pay-off group of the construction team releases the excavation, formwork, reserved holes, doors and windows, embedded parts location and review control line (300mm or 500mm) according to the main axis. At the reinforcement level of columns and beams, if there are embedded iron parts, the position and elevation of the embedded parts must be released, and the formwork can be closed and strengthened only after the quality assurance department and the survey team are qualified, and its verticality and flatness can be corrected.
8) Do a good job of measuring the pay-off record, draw the measurement positioning pay-off diagram, report to the survey team for inspection after passing the self-inspection, and report to the supervision unit for review and confirmation after passing the test, before proceeding to the next process.
Elevation location pay-off
1) According to the elevation of the level base point, use the level to accurately make a rear view mark on the steel rod, and the steel tape measure can be used to transmit to different construction heights.
2) Strictly control the depth of foundation pit excavation, cushion, foundation, column, floor, concrete pouring height, reserved door and window holes and embedded parts.
6. Pay-off accuracy and control

The axis points placed by the measurement group, the control lines placed by the pay-off group, and the middle and edge lines and inspection lines of each part should be clearly marked with paint, and carefully explained to the construction personnel to avoid construction errors.
The measurement group will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the structural line put by the pay-off group, and carry out 50% spot checks on the elevation of the concrete surface.
7. Preventive measures for accidents
The construction team leader and foreman attach importance to the quality of the project and support the inspection work.
The survey team sent surveyors to review it.
The quality assurance department and professional engineers inspect the structure dimensions.
If any of the above departments finds that the on-site pay-off situation is inconsistent with the drawings or exceeds the specified limit, it shall immediately notify the pay-off team for rectification.
