The smooth oil of the blue flame enters the cylinder and goes out. White smoke line, then in the diesel generator set, extinguished combustible gas, is also white smoke line. Continuous discharge of waste is of unusual color, which indicates that the individual tank is not working properly.
(3) Temperature sensing method: in the initial stage after the start of the diesel generator set (the temperature of the exhaust pipe is very high after working for a period of time, touch it with your hands) touch the temperature of the exhaust pipe of each cylinder by hand to identify the working conditions of each cylinder. If the temperature of the exhaust pipe of each cylinder is higher than that of other cylinders, it is clear that the oil supply of the cylinder is high;If the temperature is low, the oil supply of the cylinder is small, or the fuel is not injected, or the fuel is not completely extinguished or not extinguished after the injection.
(4) Pulse method: pinch the high-pressure oil pipe tightly by hand, and feel the pulsation condition when injecting oil, the pulsation is small, the burst sound is weak, and the oil supply of the cylinder with low temperature is small. The abnormal burst sound and high temperature cause the fuel injection pressure of the injector to fall, the fuel injection atomization is poor, or it cannot catch fire in time and extinguish completely. The pulsation is large, the burst sound is strong, and the oil supply is large for the high temperature cylinder. Weak burst sound and low temperature are caused by the injector hole or needle valve stuck.
(5) Oil cut-off method: in order to determine which cylinder has a fault, the high-pressure oil pipe can be cut off from the high-pressure oil pipe to the injector oil circuit one by one, that is, the work can be stopped to observe the change in the working condition of the diesel generator set. When cutting off the oil circuit of a cylinder, if the speed and sound of the diesel generator do not change or do not change much, it means that the cylinder is working normally. For example, when the cylinder is continuously knocked and the black smoke is discharged, when the oil circuit of a cylinder is cut off, the fault disappears, and the fault is in the cylinder.
