The total length of the Jinling No. 1 bridge of Luci Expressway is 1,586 meters, the main span is (80 + 150 + 80) meters of rigid continuous beam, and the whole is poured by hanging basket cantilever pouring, which is one of the major and difficult projects of the project. The main span spans the "V" shaped gully, 138 meters away from the highest point of the ditch bottom, and the No. 13 and No. 14 main piers are located on the mountainside, and the natural slope of the original ground is about 70 °, which has the remarkable characteristics of "difficult technical control and difficult safety control". In the face of multiple difficulties such as difficult construction, high risk coefficient and tight project cycle, the project team of Luci Expressway Civil Engineering 3 worked together to overcome difficulties, strictly implemented a series of rules and regulations such as technical disclosure and construction safety responsibility, and solidly implemented the "daily, weekly, and monthly" construction arrangement plan and promoted it in an orderly manner. In the end, the double-width closure was successfully completed 20 days ahead of schedule.
It is reported that as of the end of December, 92% of the civil construction of the Luci Expressway 3 subgrade project has been completed, the culvert is 100% complete, the bridge project is 95% complete, the tunnel project is 100% complete, the beam making is 72% complete, and the beam erection is 64% complete, and the follow-up project will be completed in 2024.
