Many of us are always asking for help, hoping that someone great can help me, but after learning so much, has it really gotten better?

I have learned a lot in the past, and even followed the teacher to study and ran away from home once, and finally returned to the teacher's bowl, and slowly realized that the most powerful teacher in my life is myself, and the one who can help "me" must be myself, no matter how good the teacher teaches, I am not willing to change, which is useless, and no matter how many methods the teacher gives, it will not work.
