Huaneng won the bid for the lease of 8 offshore wind farm operation and maintenance vessels

On December 25, Huaneng Group's e-commerce platform released Huaneng Jiangsu Company's Qidong H1 and H2 offshore wind farmsQidong H3 Offshore Wind Farm;Guanyun Offshore Wind Farm;Dafeng Offshore Wind Farm;Shengdong Rudong Offshore Wind Farm;Announcement of the announcement of the bidding results of Sheyang Offshore Wind Farm and Rudong Baxianjiao Offshore Wind Farm in 2024 for operation and maintenance ship leasing services.

The announcement shows,Jiangsu Chuangmiao Offshore Engineering successfully won the bid for Qidong H1, H2 offshore wind farms and Qidong H3 offshore wind farms, with the winning bids of 2,180,000 yuan and 2,080,000 yuan respectively.

Nantong Taisheng Marine Services*** successfully won the bid for Guanyun Offshore Wind Farm and Sheyang Offshore Wind Farm, and the winning bids were 2,460,000 yuan and 2,200,000 yuan respectively.

Rudong Sanmin Ship Service successfully won the bid for Dafeng Offshore Wind Farm, and the winning bid was 2,080,000 yuan.

Rudong Xingang Ship Service successfully won the bid for Shengdong Rudong Offshore Wind Farm and Rudong Baxian Jiao Offshore Wind Farm, both of which were 1,800,000 yuan.

Huaneng Qidong H1 Offshore Wind FarmIt is located in the offshore waters of Qidong, Jiangsu, and the offshore distance from the center of the site is about 32km. The shape of the site is rectangular, about 8km long from north to south, about 5km wide from east to west, with an area of about 40km, an installed capacity of 250MW, and 1 offshore booster station and 42 wind turbines. Huaneng Qidong H2 Offshore Wind FarmIt is located in the offshore waters of Qidong, Jiangsu, with an offshore distance of about 40km from the center of the site and an average water depth of 13 to 15m. The H2 field is trapezoidal in shape, with a length of about 12km from east to west and a width of about 2 km from north to south5km, the field area is about 315km, with an installed capacity of 250MW, 1 offshore booster station and 42 wind turbines.

Huaneng Qidong H3 Offshore Wind FarmIt is located in the offshore waters of Qidong, Jiangsu, with a distance of about 37km from the shore from the center of the site, and an average water depth of 10 to 16m. The H3 field area is trapezoidal, about 16km long from east to west, and about 27km, sea area of 43km, installed capacity of 300MW, 1 offshore booster station and 50 wind turbines. The upper part of the booster station is an all-steel structure, and the lower part is a steel pipe pile jacket type basic structure.

Huaneng Guanyun Offshore Wind Farm(hereinafter referred to as "wind farm") is located in the sea area of Guanhe Estuary, Guanyun County, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, with a width of about 7 from north to south3km, east to west length about 85km, with a site area of about 62km2. The center of the site is about 12km away from the shoreline, the water depth is about 5 15m (calculated from mean sea level), and the east side of the site is about 2 miles away from the departure channel of Yanwei Port5km。A total of 46 wind farms have been installed with a single unit capacity of 645MW and 2 units with a single capacity of 30MW wind turbine, ** capacity 300MW. The wind turbine foundation adopts a single pile foundation, and the wind farm is equipped with a 220kV offshore booster station, the upper part of the booster station is an all-steel structure, and the lower part is a steel pipe pile jacket type basic structure.

Dafeng Offshore Wind Farm;(hereinafter referred to as "wind farm") is located in the Maozhusha sea area on the east side of Dafeng District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, with Mishuyang Trough to the east, Chenjiawu Trough to the west, Maoyu Pass to the north, and Shichuan Pass to the south. The distance from the shore of the center of the wind farm is about 55km, and the elevation is -33~-12.8m, the field area is 127km2, the water depth in most areas of the field is about 2 7m (calculated from the theoretical minimum tide level), and the shallowest in the central and northern part of the sandbar is about 07m, the deepest place at Chenjiawu on the west side is about 10m. A total of 91 wind turbines are installed in the wind farm, with a capacity of 400MW, and 1 offshore booster station, the upper part of the booster station is an all-steel structure, and the lower part is a steel pipe pile jacket type basic structure.

Shengdong Ruhai Wind Farm(Rudong H3) is located in the Niujiaosha sea area on the east side of Jiangsu Province, Rudong H14 (Guangheng New Energy) and H15 (Rudong GCL) wind farms on the south side, with a wind farm capacity of 400MW and a total of 80 single units with a capacity of 50MW wind turbines, developed and constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project is located in the northern field, with a distance of 41km from the center and a seabed elevation of -31~-23.5m, and the seabed topography in some areas is obviously undulating. The wind farm is rectangular in shape, with a length of about 14 in the east-west direction2km, with an average width of about 3 in the north-south direction4km, with a planned area of 48km. The northern site has a planned capacity of 300MW, and a total of 60 units with a single capacity of 50MW wind turbines. The second phase of the project is located in the southern site, with a distance of 35km from the center and a seabed elevation of -153~-20.0m, the seabed is relatively flat. The wind farm is triangular in shape, with a length of about 9km in the east-west direction and an average width of about 3 km in the north-south direction6km, with a planned area of 16km. The southern site is planned to have a capacity of 100MW and install 20 offshore wind power units with a single capacity of 50MW wind turbines. Sheyang Offshore Wind Farm(hereinafter referred to as "wind farm") is located in the southwest of Sheyang Port in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province between Xinyang Port and Doulong Port, the shape of the site is irregular quadrilateral, the distance from the center to the shore is about 45km, the sea area is about 48 square kilometers, the surface layer of the seabed is mainly silty soil, silt, etc., which is a coastal facies sedimentary landform unit, with a seabed elevation of -13m -16m and a site area of about 48km. Huaneng Sheyang Offshore Wind Farm has a total of 67 wind turbines with a total capacity of 300MW. Among them, the single machine capacity is 466 units of 5MW, with a single capacity of 51 unit of 0MW, 1 offshore booster station, the upper part of the booster station is an all-steel structure, and the lower part is a steel pipe pile jacket type basic structure.

Huaneng Rudong Baxian Jiao Offshore Wind Farm(hereinafter referred to as "wind farm") is located in the sea area of Baxianjiao, Rudong County, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, and the shape of the wind farm is irregular quadrilateral. The distance from the center of the wind farm is about 25 km offshore. In some areas, the seabed topography is undulating. The seabed elevation is -153~0.6 meters, the sea area is about 10 km long from east to west, about 8 km wide from north to south, and the area is about 82 km. A total of 70 wind turbines with a capacity of 300MW have been installed in the wind farm, including 12 Envision Energy wind turbines with a single capacity of 4MW and 24 wind turbines with a single capacity of 4MW in Shanghai Electric Farm in the southern areaIn the North District, 20 Chongqing Haizhuang wind turbines with a single capacity of 5MW and 14 Shanghai Electric wind turbines with a single capacity of 4MW were installed. The wind farm is equipped with two offshore booster stations in the south and north districts, the upper part of the booster station is an all-steel structure, and the lower part is a steel pipe pile jacket type basic structure.

Service content: The O&M ship provides offshore O&M services for wind farms from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (a total of 12 months), including but not limited to the marine transportation of O&M personnel, O&M tools and equipment.
