1 Brief Description. It is a non-contact infrared pavement temperature detector, which uses remote sensing technology to avoid damage to the road, so that it will not interfere with traffic caused by the installation of road weather stations. Multispectral measurement technology makes it possible to measure the thickness of ice, snow and water on the road surface.
It is ideal in road conditions where embedded pavement sensors are inconvenient or cannot be installed. Remote sensing installation means that there is no need to close the road or cut the road surface, and the installation work is safe and convenient. Low maintenance makes it an ideal choice in the composition of road weather systems. It can be installed both on existing weather stations and on other buildings with unobstructed views from the road.
