The 2025 Audi Q3 was spied during winter tests in the northernmost part of Scandinavia, and the images showed little and a lot at the same time.
The entire crossover is camouflaged, with the exception of the wheels, which appear to be a GM production item, but it's still clear that the styling direction of the Q3 will change significantly, bringing it in line with other contemporary and upcoming Audi models.
The most noticeable change is on the front panel, with a strange grille that looks like it comes from Polestar and the addition of a split headlight layout. These headlights can be very special indeed.
The latest Audi Q8 SUV now offers customizable headlight logo options with advanced HD matrix LED technology. Although the Q3 is at the cheaper end, it also has the potential to get this option.
Regardless, we're glad to see that the larger Q5 doesn't compromise the styling of this generation, giving the Q3 its own flavor. Still, the Q3 will look and feel bigger than its predecessor, thanks in part to the new interior layout.
Expect to see a scaled-down version of the Audi Q6 interior, with a one-piece screen and a neat center console.
Edit Search will offer a variety of engines, including plug-in hybrids, but none of them come with a manual transmission. We can't say we're surprised. According to rumors, two PHEVs will be offered, with the base version producing 201 horsepower and the mid-range version offering up to 268 horsepower. Unless Audi comes to a new conclusion about the U.S. market, we expect the old reviews about the size of the high-performance SUV market to continue, meaning that there is no high-performance RS Q3 in the U.S.
It is expected to be fully released by the end of 2024, but between now and then, we will definitely bring you more information.
