I got multiple offers for school recruitment, but I didn t know how to choose, what to do?

The choice is greater than the effort. Throughout the campus recruitment process, interviewing multiple companies and receiving multiple offers, how should we choose?Regarding the choice of offer, in fact, it needs to be considered from many aspects. For example, salary, work location, distance from home, development space, promotion mechanism, etc. Without further ado, here's how:

1.Job fit

I think job matching should come first. As for how to make a match, there are two main aspects. The first is major fit, that is, the major you studied in college and the position you choose match each other. After all, if you change careers directly after graduation, the knowledge you have learned before is equivalent to "learning in vain", which is a pity. Therefore, if the employment of this major is okay, do not change careers if you can change careers. After three years of poor career change, there is really no way to change again.

The second is the degree of matching of personal career development and interests. If you decide that you want to develop in a certain direction, or you have a strong interest in a certain position or industry, then this choice is more suitable for you. The workplace itself is a long-distance race, and choosing a job that interests you will be able to go further.

2.Platform selection

As for where to go for employment platforms, I have always recommended institutional units: state-owned enterprises, large enterprises, medium-sized enterprises, and small companies. There is basically no need to think too much about the positions in the system, and you can go directly to the entrance examination. However, here I would like to remind you a little that before you go through the whole process and really go ashore, you must keep a low profile and don't reveal too much about your civil service examination.

After that, for startups, I don't recommend it at all. Because if fresh graduates go in, there is a high probability that they will step on the pit.

Choosing a larger platform for your first job will be of great help to your career development and subsequent job hopping. For example, if your first job after graduation is a relatively good large company, then in the subsequent job search process, you can either jump to a company of the same size or look down for a position in a small company. But when you start with a small company, it's very difficult to jump into a big company later.

3.Salary

Going to work is all about earning money, and salary is bound to be an important consideration. In terms of salary, we should also pay attention to the room for salary growth. Some companies start with high salaries, but there may not be much room for growth later; Some companies may start with a low salary, but then reach a high level.

For example, some of my friends have a salary of more than 6,000 yuan in a state-owned enterprise in a first-tier city, and they can basically have 10,000 yuan after working for more than a year. Therefore, when you ask about HR salary, you can actually ask about some of the later increases, etc., and make a comparison in many aspects, not only limited to the initial salary.

4.Benefits

Welfare benefits should also be compared, such as the base and proportion of five social insurances and one housing fund, paid annual leave, year-end bonus, subsidy allowance, food and housing, training opportunities, etc. You can convert these into the corresponding salary and add it to the monthly salary for comparison.

Regarding food and housing, I recommend that everyone take an equivalent salary and then solve the problem of food and accommodation by themselves. Because the money is real, the subsequent job change and salary increase are basically based on this basis. For details, you can see the content of my issue: Which one to choose with a salary of 5,000 packages of food and accommodation or 7,000 without food and housing?5.Rest holidays

The choice of offer should also consider the rest time, holidays and holidays. For example, some offers are a monthly salary of 7,000 yuan, with two days off;Another offer is a monthly salary of 8,500 yuan, with a single holidayThere are also offers that may have a monthly salary of 10,000 yuan, but throughout the year, there is very little time to rest. You have to choose these according to your own situation, and you can also see my content in this issue about the choice of single and double holidays: Dogs don't do single rest, friends listen to my advice, really don't choose a single rest job! Finally, for high-paying and high-intensity positions, everyone should consider carefully. Because long-term high-intensity work is not something that everyone can afford. If you really need to earn money urgently, you can do it for 2-3 years and save enough money before quitting. If you dry it for a long time, it will still cause great damage to the body.

6.Place of work

The first job option after graduating is a good choice in a big city. On the whole, big cities have relatively more opportunities and resources, and at the same time, they can also broaden their horizons to a certain extent. For small cities, I only recommend cities close to home, and the best choice is a local civil servant or career editor in your hometown, after all, you have to think about settling down after work.

If it is a small city in a remote area, you used to be completely open up by yourself, without any support, and it was very inconvenient to go home for the New Year. If you go to this kind of place, there is a high probability that you will still leave your job, so it is better not to go in the first place.

When choosing a city to work in, also consider the cost of living. In big cities, it may cost 4-5 thousand a month for food, housing, and commuting, and it is difficult to save money if the salary is not high. In contrast, if you are in other non-first-tier cities, although the salary may be slightly lower, because the cost of living is relatively low, you can save more money, which is not a bad choice.

7.Room for development

If you want to enjoy the dividends of the company's development, either your salary is linked to sales performance, or your salary is promoted and raised. Otherwise, the company grows and makes money, and it has nothing to do with you, the monthly fixed salary is as much as it is.

If it's a large company, the expansion rate may be slower, and there may not be as many new projects, but you can take a look at the internal promotion mechanism. Medium-sized enterprises in the business development period have more new projects, and there may be certain opportunities for promotion at this time.

In fact, both large and small companies will have such opportunities, but if it is a family business, this position is basically reserved for related households. Therefore, when choosing an offer, you should also judge the subsequent promotion space.

8.Other factors

For example, the industry track, corporate culture, the composition of the company's personnel, the employee turnover rate, the reputation of the industry, the nearby transportation and accommodation conditions, urban tourist attractions, distance from home, etc. These are all points to consider for an offer, in short, when choosing an offer, you can first give a comprehensive score to each item. For example, the full score is 100 points, the full score for the salary part is 20 points, the full score for the welfare part is 15 points, and the full score for the platform part is 10 points. Through the evaluation of each item, the offer with the highest score is finally selected.

If you really can't make up your mind, you can consult your elders, teachers or post online to ask for help from netizens, as follows:
