This is not a patent for young people, but it is a "shortcut" for young people to stand up and do things. First of all, we must study theory and Xi the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. We must be willing to spend energy, read the original works, learn the original texts, understand the principles, read and memorize strongly, learn often and always be new, so as to achieve the unity of learning, thinking and application, and knowledge, belief and action. Secondly, we must learn business, carry forward the spirit of "safety fan", and strive to improve business and skills. Third, we must temper more and grow courage. A man practices in things, and the sword is sharpened on a stone. It is necessary to take the fiery practice as the best classroom, and consciously go through the wind and rain, strengthen the muscles and bones, and grow the ability in the practice and tempering. Like the "sun at ** o'clock in the morning", we must always maintain vigor and vitality, dare to take responsibility when encountering problems, and have the courage to do things. Over the years, I have always warned myself that whenever I face a big or difficult matter, I must be calm, do not hide, and do not be afraid. At work, sometimes there are times when I feel "lacking skills", and there are many experiences of "ants on a hot pot", but every time I complete a task, I grow and have a harvest.
I remember one year, a newspaper in France held a contest with prizes, and one of the questions was, if the Louvre was on fire, which painting would you choose to save?In the end, the answer to the Gold Award was that I chose the one closest to the door.
