Note that the following steps are limited to sellers who have registered for the German EPR Packaging Act, while for those who have not yet registered, they need to go to Lucid to complete the registration of the German EPR first, and the detailed tutorial on German EPR registration can be found in the historical article.
Then for sellers who have completed the German EPR registration in 2023, they only need to declare the renewal fee in 2024. The specific steps are as follows:
The first step is to choose a German institution to purchase ** materials, as shown in the picture, we can choose the company DSD to purchase.
Step 2: Once you're in DSD, select "License Calculator", then enter "Contract Start Year", "Material Type and Quantity", then "Contract Type", and click the "Checkout" button.
Note that the selection of the type of material here and the amount of kilogram weight will affect the fees that need to be paid, so the sellers choose according to their own situation, secondly, when filling in the weight here, remember to save the screenshot in case you forget the specific value you filled in this step, so that you can enter the correct amount when you return to the lucid declaration later!
The third step is to fill in the main information according to the page, where the tax number is the company's credit**, and the LUCID registration number is the number of the German packaging law you are registered. Be careful not to make a mistake here!After filling in everything, click "Next", and then select the payment method to pay.
When the payment is completed, your mailbox will also receive the payment voucher and other information sent to you by the platform, so at this step, the purchase of ** materials through the service provider has been completed. However, it is important to note that we also need to go to LUCID to confirm the declaration.
Step 4: Open Lucid**, click on the upper right corner to log in, then select Data Report, and then click on "intra-year volume".
