In order to explore and exchange the effective organizational form and experience of classroom teaching, improve the teaching level of teachers, build a platform for new teachers to show themselves, and promote the professional growth of young teachers, Yucheng No. 7 Middle School recently organized a new teacher teaching skills competition.
The competition covered Chinese, mathematics, English, politics and other subjects, and a total of 8 new teachers participated. The skills competition adopts the form of "same class heterogeneity", which is divided into two parts: teaching classroom display and teaching skills display. Before the competition, the 8 participating teachers attached great importance to it, actively prepared, humbly asked the seniors of the subject group for advice, and carefully studied the teaching materials and teaching strategies through the forms of master-apprentice pairing, collective lesson preparation and grinding of the subject group, repeatedly scrutinized the teaching process, studied the learning situation and produced teaching courseware. The new teachers presented a variety of unique and wonderful classes.
Every experience is wonderful, every transformation is the future, transformation comes from experience, and height begins with accumulation.
