On December 9, all the teachers and students of the 5th class of the 2023 Doctoral Program of Tsinghua University went to 360 Group to carry out a visiting activity with the theme of "Research on the Industrial Chain System of Artificial Intelligence Large Model in Beijing". Zhou Hongyi, founder of 360 Group, participated in the sharing and exchange. Tsinghua University's Doctoral Program in Innovation Leading Engineering was first established in 2018, with the aim of cultivating leading talents in scientific and technological innovation with international advanced level, serving the national innovation-driven development strategy, and building a new pattern of high-end engineering talent training.

In the research and discussion session, Zhou Hongyi shared his views and insights on large models such as AI beliefs, All in AI, and "AI content".
"AI belief" refers to whether we believe that large models are industrial revolution-level technological revolutions, which will reshape all businesses in the future, and will be eliminated if we do not embrace AI. "AI content" refers to how many links in the business can be optimized, empowered, and transformed by AI. "All in AI" is not simply buying cards and investing money, but includes three dimensions: whether everyone in the organization is using AI, whether internal business and management processes will be empowered by AI, and whether products and services will be blessed by AI.
Zhou Hongyi introduced that there are three reasons why 360 makes a large model:
First of all, as a new generation of productivity tools, the large model will have a huge role in promoting the development of all walks of life, and in the network security industry where 360 is located, the large model can be used as a "justice assistant" and become a powerful tool for network security experts to find vulnerabilities and track network attacks.
Secondly, as the second largest search engine manufacturer in China, 360 has a different talent in the development of large models, and years of search accumulation have built a huge advantage for 360 in technology and data.
Finally, large models are a double-edged sword, bringing productivity gains as well as unprecedented security challenges. 360 has the ability and responsibility to overcome this problem.
