Cleaning the raw intestine requires the following steps to ensure a thorough cleansing

Buy fresh sausages: Choose sausages that don't have scratches in appearance and are brightly colored.

Prepare tools and materials: Washing raw intestines requires the use of cold water, salt, and edible alkali. In the meantime, prepare a clean cutting board and knives.

Cut the raw intestine: Use scissors to cut the ends of the raw intestine to form a long tube.

Rinse the internal organs: Put the raw intestine in clean water and gently rub it with your fingers to remove impurities such as internal organs and blood stains. Repeat this step a few times until the water is clear.

Soaking: Soak the cleaned raw intestines in salt water for 30 minutes. The brine removes odors and disinfects the raw intestines.

Apply alkali powder: Take an appropriate amount of edible alkali powder and apply it to the inner and outer surfaces of the raw intestine. Massage gently for a few minutes, then rinse off with water.

Rinse again: Rinse the raw intestine repeatedly with clean water to ensure that both the alkali powder and residue are cleaned.

Soak and sterilize: Soak the cleaned raw intestines in boiling water for 10 minutes to ensure thorough disinfection.

Boil: Bring raw sausages to a boil in hot water and cook for 5-10 minutes. This kills bacteria and parasites.

Last rinse: Rinse the raw intestine again to make sure it is clean and odorless.

After completing the above steps, the raw intestine is ready to be used cleanly. Please note that when cleaning raw intestines, pay attention to hygiene and follow the principles of food safety.
