The Third National Soil Census (hereinafter referred to as the "Soil Sanpu") is a "comprehensive physical examination" of soil in accordance with the deployment of the National Soil Survey, and it is an important survey of national conditions and national strength. All localities have attached great importance to it, all departments have actively promoted it, and positive progress has been made in the census work.
Firmly grasp the formation of the results of the census pilot counties. At present, pilot work has been carried out in 88 counties, and field survey sampling points have been set up880,000, 93,540 samples were collected, and 252 test data were formed30,000 pieces. **The Office of the Third National Soil Census Leading Group has formulated a list of soil census results in pilot counties, and clarified the formation methods and quality acceptance requirements of various results. By making full use of the census data, it not only forms traditional achievements such as soil types, soil attribute maps and text reports, finds out the obstacle factors of agricultural land to serve soil fertilization according to local conditions, but also forms the results of soil agricultural use suitability evaluation, cultivated land quality evaluation, and soil specialty optimization layout evaluation, which provides an important basis for optimizing the planting layout of native products, comprehensive utilization of saline-alkali land, and soil biodiversity conservation, and better serves the national and local economic development. At the same time, the methods and standards for the acceptance of county-level soil census results have been refined, and expert guidance has been strengthened to ensure that all localities produce professional and practical results.
Complete the layout of all soil census sample points. Make full use of the third national land survey, the second national soil census, the detailed investigation of the soil pollution status of agricultural land, and diversified remote sensing images and other information materials, according to the formation of the results of the three soil census pilot counties, and focus on the soil census to serve more production goals. This year, about 2.67 million field survey sampling points were newly laid, including about 2.6 million surface sample points and about 70,000 profile sample points. 1.98 million, 360,000, 180,000 and 150,000 sample sites were laid out on cultivated land, orchard land, forest land and grassland, respectively.
A nationwide soil census has been carried out in an all-round way. Soil census leading groups and offices have been set up at all levels, and a technical team composed of more than 3,000 experts has been set up, with a total of more than 170,000 people trained. We have made every effort to speed up the census sampling and testing tests, and as of December 12, 166 field survey samples have been completed30,000, accounting for about 62% of all sample points, and the overall goal of more than half of the annual sampling was completed. Strengthen quality control and assessment. The whole process quality control of soil Sanpu starts from the "five reliances" such as technical regulations and specifications, operator qualifications, expert technical guidance, working platform control, and synchronous supervision and spot checks, and achieves the "four controls" of whole process control, source control, front-end control, and synchronous control in each link. By paying close attention to the quality control of each link and the implementation of the main responsibilities of each link, a whole-process quality control system has been built to ensure that the data is true, accurate and complete.
