Dust in coal ports refers to the fine particulate matter generated during the loading, unloading, transportation, storage and handling of coal. These dusts have an adverse impact on the surrounding environment, and strengthening the research and application of effective port coal dust control is one of the important measures to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the coal industry.
Coal-related loading and unloading process is basically composed of four major processes: turning, stacking, taking and loading, after the railway car arrives at the port, the coal loaded on the car is unloaded by the dumper, and then transported to the yard or silo with the assistance of the belt conveyor, and then the stacker is stackedIt is also possible to use the reclaimer to obtain the material, and then use the belt conveyor to transport it to the ship loader to achieve the loading target. It can be seen that the control of dust in coal ports can mainly do a good job in the dust prevention and control of the above links. The specific dust removal measures are as follows:
1. Unloading
The dry fog (cloud) dust suppression system of the Jiujiu cloud environment can be used in the operation process of the dumper. The water mist particles at the dust site are micro-mist, which can form a thick and dense fog pool, and the overall dust removal efficiency is high, and the treatment rate for PM10 is about 96%.
2. Bulk cargo transportation
For the dust pollution in the bulk cargo transportation link, the dry fog (cloud fog) dust suppression system of the Jiujiuyun environment can be placed in the bulk cargo transfer and train loading operation stage of the belt conveyor, which can effectively prevent and control the dust escape.
3. Yard
The yard is an important occasion for the formation of coal dust, especially in the operation stage, it is recommended to place the windproof dust suppression net around the yard, and at the same time use spray dust removal, dust suppressant and other means, under normal circumstances, the dust removal efficiency can be higher than 90%.
4. Bulk cargo pile reclaiming
It is recommended to install the dry fog (cloud) dust suppression system on the mechanical equipment used for stacking and reclaiming. In the operation stage of the dry mist dust removal system, 1 10um water mist can be sprayed through the nozzle, which can form a good treatment effect for the inhalable dust with an inner diameter of less than 10um, and the water consumption in the operation stage of the system is less than 10% of the total water used by ordinary sprinkler dust removal facilities, the operating cost is low, the applicability is strong, and it can also be used normally below the freezing point in winter.
