It's a pity that Huang Wei's name was not on the radio, and his hope was dashed, Cai Ruoshu committed suicide by swallowing sleeping pills, but fortunately he was rushed to the hospital for rescue and saved his life. After that, the second, third, and fourth batches never had Huang Wei's name.
Cai Ruoshu's spirit broke down, and he often suffered from trance, insomnia, auditory hallucinations, hallucinations, and even visual hallucinations. Even in this case, she was still waiting for Huang Wei. It wasn't until 1975 that Huang Wei finally came out and went home for a reunion.
Huang Wei felt very proud that he had been reformed for 27 years, and his wife Cai Ruoshu was always waiting for him, and his family was complete. 27 years, not everyone can do it. None of the families who were granted amnesty at that time were like this.
Many wives of war criminals are either divorced, remarried, or turned away. Huang Wei's treatment can be described as unique, he has a peerless good wife, of course he is proud. However, behind Huang Wei's pride is his wife's long dedication and great sacrifice.
In order to wait for Huang Wei, Cai Ruoshu has relied on drugs to maintain her life for more than 20 years, and her spirit has long been abnormal. In 1976, a year after Huang Wei was granted amnesty, Cai Ruoshu committed suicide by jumping into the river.
