The first aspect: system building.

At the beginning of the school year, combined with the new curriculum concept of the grade, we established the class rules, which I named "Detailed Rules for the Quantitative Management of Group Cooperation", which are divided into general principles, learning, discipline, hygiene, morning exercises, competitions, others, weekly group evaluation, class committee assessment, and reward and punishment methods. Quantitative management of students is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the detailed rules. Among them, the asterisk is the group conduct assessment.

The second aspect: the construction of class committees.

The first set is the regular class committee, the implementation of one-way work responsibility system, this is our leading learning, so that everyone is clear about their responsibilities, a regular meeting of the class committee every week, this is a meeting when it is very late**, this is the regular meeting record sheet.

The second set is the group class committee, which is composed of ten group leaders, mainly responsible for learning management, and the group implements a full responsibility system, which is a statistical table of the division of responsibilities of the group. The group meets twice a week. This is a transcript of the group's internal meeting.

The work of the class committee needs to be supervised, which is the "Duty Management Work Effect Evaluation Form" designed by me, which gives quantitative evaluation to the class committee, class representatives, dormitory leaders, group leaders, and temporary management work in a specific way, in addition to the recommendation of group stars and management stars.

The third aspect: routine management.

This is the regular record sheet of the class committee on duty, and on the right is one of the work records of the individual administrator, and the class committee on duty reports all aspects of the class yesterday at 7:50 in the morning, and the students who have problems take an oath to correct. I would wait until the end of the briefing every morning before leaving the classroom.

This is the "Discipline and Health Notice", and the specific reasons, cumulative times, and handling measures are all registered.

On the right is the "Regular Weekly Quantitative Statistics", which summarizes the individual and group six items every week: class committee, duty group, teacher, subject, responsibility, and school.

Fourth: learning management.

This is the "6+1 Classroom Learning Performance Evaluation", which is filled in by teachers to encourage and remind students with excellent and insufficient performance.

On the right is the "Classroom Learning Performance Record Form", which is filled out by the students on duty sitting at the back of the classroom, and the classroom order and classroom performance are registered and quantified.

This is the "Homework Statistics Form", which is filled in by the class representative, and quantifies whether the time-limited exercise under the class has been completed and whether it has been corrected.

The fifth aspect: performance management.

Weekly Test Statistics" to test the completion and seriousness of the test papers of each subject in the weekly test.

Monthly Consideration Summary", after each monthly exam, the personal behavior and test results of the month are summarized, and the comprehensive ranking of the group is discharged. At the same time, self-made honorary certificates are used for praise and encouragement.

Final Summary", according to the grades, advance and retreat, routine, group four items after the ranking of points, according to the total score recommended at the end of the outstanding individuals.

The sixth aspect: moral education guidance.

Students have their own group numbers and numbers on their desks for easy access to the statistics, along with a learning goal card.

Seventh: activity guidance.

The eighth aspect: reflection and enterprising.

Class management needs to be adjusted according to the specific situation, so I am thinking of the following plans based on the current situation of the class:

1.Set up a class rectification office to promote positive energy and spur backward negative thoughts.

2.Carry out monthly advanced personal and deeds recommendation activities. This is the default layout.

3.Promote the third stage of the group construction competition, that is, the construction of group culture. This is the default layout.
