Do you look at the ingredient list and production date when you buy food?

To tell you the truth, I have been doing condiments for 7-8 years, and I have been exposed to a lot of leisure snacks and drinks, but the more I see, the more afraid I am of death, and the lighter I eat.

As far as I am concerned, buy food, look at the ingredient list, too many additives dare not buy, too many preservatives dare not buy, the production date of the old dare not buy, afraid of people to change, even if it is a new date, it is also repeatedly look to see if there are traces of relabeling, preferably the date of laser printing, to ensure that the date is fresh and correct to the greatest extent.

When I sell condiments by myself, I am most afraid of the old man and the old lady picking and asking, and when I buy it myself, I will become such an old man and old lady again. With the passage of time, my own food has become more and more light, I basically buy more vegetables when I buy vegetables outside, and occasionally eat some meat, but I also fry them with vegetables, and I don't like to put other dishes except for oil, salt, sauce, vinegar, onions, ginger and garlic. Sometimes I wonder if I'm old enough to retire to the mountains and forests.

As the saying goes, do one line and love one line, but the person who makes food should be a kind of food that does not like to eat, at least the people around me. This has nothing to do with food safety, no matter what, these additives are true and legal, and since they are legal, they will not harm the public. The reason why I am like this is simply because I am as cowardly as a mouse, afraid of death, afraid of sin.
