The guidewire tip flexibility tester DS0450-D produced by Jinan Zhuyan Instrument is based on YY T 1554-2017 and YY 04501-2003, YY T 1554-2017 and designed and manufactured, specially used for the flexibility test of interventional guidewire catheters, suitable for the determination of the flexibility of the tip of various interventional guidewire catheters.

Test principle. The guidewire is fixed 10 mm from the end of the head and the downward compression operation is performed to evaluate the required bending force at the end of the head of the guidewire to measure its flexibility.

The detailed operation process of this testing equipment is as follows:

1. Preparation before the test: Turn on the power of the host before the experiment, and it will take at least 30 minutes to warm up.

2 Sample placement and positioning confirmation:

Placement Positioning Check: First, place the fixed spacer plate above the tapered base and load the sample into the sample clamp to ensure that the distance between its top end and the lower surface of the sample clamp is 10 mm. Then press the drop button to see if the sample clamp falls to the top of the sample and touches the upper surface of the fixed spacing plate, and then press the stop button. Then click the Confirm button behind the "Sample Location" text box and record the actual installation location of the sample.

Preparing for Positioning Check: Then remove the fixed spacing plate, press the down button again, and the clip will continue to move downward until the force box shows the corresponding force value, then press the stop button. Next, click the up button until the force box returns to 0000n, quickly press the stop button. Finally, click the Confirm button behind the "Prepare Location" text box and record the preparation position of the sample.

3. Test process: Please follow the guidelines provided in the test interface and implement it step by step.

4. End of the experiment: After the experiment is completed, the experimental data is stored and the final result is printed.

5. Shutdown operation: Turn off the power of the host and cover the dust cover.
