1. If it is not successful, it will not be announced.

2. Find a good home before applying for resignation.

30 days in advance, submit a resignation application to the supervisor and human resources. The premise is to find a good home. Someone wants to quit their job and go out and take a breath for themselves. You can take your annual leave before you resign. That's why it's important to keep your mouth shut, if the unit knows that you're going to resign, a lot of things will be blocked.

3. Don't comment on the unit, don't comment on the work.

There are no airtight walls. You have to pay for everything you say. Some units do a background check before joining the company, and your words and deeds are reflected in the eyes of bystanders.

4. In the final stage of the unit, you must still be conscientious.

There was a carpenter who was retiring, and the boss asked him to build a house. He lost his previous patience, carefulness, and sense of responsibility, and the house he built was not mentionable. After the house was built, the owner said that the house was given to him. The carpenter regretted it.

5. Handover the work and sign the handover form.

The handover order must be signed by three parties, one is you, one is the receiver, and the third party is the supervisor. Handover in triplicate, one copy for each party. If the operation process is involved, the operation manual or process should be handed over and recorded.

6. Say goodbye to leaders and colleagues.

It is not necessary to invite a meal or give out red envelopes, a sincere goodbye is a must.

7. Do not disclose the information of the new unit and new position.

8. Get a certificate of resignation.
