Hundreds of LS7 car owners have been actively seeking official solutions to the problem, but the perfunctory official customer service, various problems of after-sales service, and the banning of the live broadcast room have made the car owners miserable and have nowhere to speak.
In the open letter, the owners summarized the quality problems that LS7 has found so far:
