The prestressed anchor is suitable for the anchor used for concrete prestressed tension in the process of engineering construction. Generally, it is often used in bridge construction, pre-installed positioning, and then pouring concrete, buried at both ends of concrete, that is, the two ends of the bellows, and the end face is set for the stable effect of the jack when tensioning.
The requirements of anchors are safe and reliable, effective to use, economical and simple to make.
Anchors can be divided into two categories:
Tension end anchors (working anchor plates, working clips, anchor pads, rotating ribs) and fixed end anchors (p-plates, extrusion sleeves, restraint rings, spiral ribs).
The efficiency coefficient of the anchor refers to the ratio of the actual tensile breaking force of the prestressed tendon and the anchor assembly to the theoretical tensile breaking force of the prestressed tendon.
a) Tension end anchor: installed at the end of the prestressed tendon and can be stretched anchor is also called prestressed anchor, the so-called anchor, is in the post-tensioning structure or member, in order to maintain the tensile force of the prestressed tendon and transmit it to the anchor of mixed tension;
b) Fixed end anchor: an anchor that is installed at the end of the prestressed tendon and is usually buried in concrete and does not need to be tensioned. The standard for anchors for prestressed tendons is: National Standard of the People's Republic of China (GB T 14370-2015).
