Those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for a fourth-level intermediate worker:
1) After obtaining the fifth-level junior worker vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupation, he has been engaged in the occupation or related occupation for more than 4 years (inclusive).
2) Engaged in the occupation or related occupations for more than 6 years (inclusive).

1) After obtaining the fourth-level intermediate vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation or related occupation for more than 5 years (inclusive).
2) Obtain the fourth-level intermediate vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of this occupation or related occupations, and have a graduation certificate from a senior technical school or technician college (including fresh graduates who have not yet obtained a graduation certificate);or obtain the fourth-level intermediate vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate) of the occupation or related occupations, and have the graduation certificate of the major of the higher vocational school (including the fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the graduation certificate) with the training goal of advanced skills after evaluation and demonstration.
3) Have a college degree or above in this major or related professional graduation certificate, and obtain the occupation or related occupation level 4 intermediate vocational qualification certificate (skill level certificate), a total of more than 2 years (inclusive) engaged in this occupation or related occupations.
