On December 11, after three days of fierce competition, the 2023 China Middle School Swimming Championships came to a successful conclusion at the Natatorium of Qingdao Youth Football Stadium in Shandong. A total of 443 middle school students from 84 schools of Beijing Normal University Experiment, Shanghai Minli and Qingdao No. 2 Middle School participated in the competition.
In addition to awarding medals and achievement certificates to the top 3 in each event, the competition also selected the "Sportsmanship Award", sports teams, athletes, coaches and referees. In the end, Hangzhou Senior High School in Zhejiang Province won the first place in the high school general team, men's team and women's team, and Hangzhou Baochuta Experimental School won the first place in the junior high school general team, men's team and women's team.
The China Middle School Swimming Championship is the highest level of swimming for middle school students in China, and it is also the first national event to be held since the Youth Football Stadium Natatorium was officially put into operation.
