1. Age18 - 55 years oldbetween;Runners who do not have major illnesses and have the physical conditions to participate in this project;
2. Activity methods and rewards
1. The whole activity is 5 kilometers, and a total of 3 check-in points are set up. The top 10 runners who complete the course and successfully complete all the check-in tasks will be awarded certificates and prizes
2. There will be another 30 popularity awards for the event, and exquisite souvenirs will be rewarded if you complete all the check-in tasks and publish the "Welcome Run" circle of friends with more than 50 likes
