The device, which is likely to be launched in the second quarter, has caused a lot of curiosity in the tech world. While some news suggests that Oppo may skip the Find X7 Pro brand and call the device the Find X7 Ultra, there is also similar speculation that Vivo has provided clues about the X100 Ultra's display and main camera capabilities, although the final name of the device has not yet been officially confirmed.

The Vivo X100 and X100 Pro are equipped with OLED panels provided by BOE. According to a new Weibo post posted by the leaker's Digital Chatter, the X100 Pro+ (or in comparison, the X100 and X100 Pro models offer 15k resolution.

In another tweet, the tipster claimed that the Vivo X100 Pro+ will come with a LYT-900 50MP large-aperture main camera. The same camera will also be available in the Oppo Find X7, which is expected to be launched in the second week of January. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2024, is said to come with the same camera sensor.

Inside, it looks like the Vivo X100 Pro+ will come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Obviously, this model will be the only one in the X100 series that comes with two-way satellite communication support.

Other news and rumors say that the rear camera setup will include an IMX589 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, an IMX758 50MP portrait lens, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera. The device will work with Android 14 and Origin OS 4. The X100 Pro model has a 5,400mAh battery that supports 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. It's unclear if the X100 Pro+ will have the same battery and charging capabilities.
