With the combination of wind and snow and the continuous drop in temperature, the Shenbai High-speed Railway Project Department of China Railway 23rd Bureau Group, located in the hinterland of Changbai Mountain, quickly entered the winter construction mode.

The TJ-6 standard tunnel of the Jilin section of the Shenbai high-speed railway they undertook accounted for as much as 823%, of which 113 km of Changqing Tunnel and 8The 7-kilometer Dongshan Tunnel is a control project for the whole line, and it is also the top priority of this winter's construction, which has attracted much attention.

The project department concentrates its efforts and investment, does not close in the cold winter, and goes all out to ensure the progress. After many on-site inspections, the winter construction organization plan and safety emergency plan including construction process, safety and fire prevention, quality control, material support, etc. were carefully prepared. Nine teams with rich experience in winter construction and professional management personnel were selected, and safety education and training were carried out for 1,138 front-line employees and technical management personnel, with winter tunnel construction as the main content, so as to improve employees' self-protection awareness and safe operation skills.

In order to cope with the frequent occurrence of extreme weather such as heavy snow, freezing, and cold snaps, the project department planned and started early, and made detailed preparations. The entrances and exits of 6 tunnels and 4 inclined shafts are all equipped with flame-retardant warm sheds, multi-layer rock wool flame-retardant insulation curtains, and coke ovens and other warming equipment are equipped to ensure the temperature of the tunnel face and meet the needs of concrete curing and operation. The 4 mixing stations and sand and gravel silos are fully enclosed and insulated by steel structure + insulation board, heated indoors, and wrapped in double-layer plastic film insulation on the outside to highlight the thermal insulation effect. Strict management of raw materials entry, mixing, transportation, pouring and other processes, so that sand and gravel can be heated up in the geothermal heating warehouse in advance. And in advance, the wrong platform of the road with narrow roads, steep slopes and sharp curves was repaired and reinforced. Three snow clearing commandos are on standby to ensure the safety and smoothness of vehicle transportation.

We will go all out to ensure safety, quality and progress, fulfill the commitment of the node construction period to the letter, and contribute to accelerating the construction of the Shenbai high-speed railway.
