With the development of China's economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the energy consumption of the current building operation period accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption of the society, and continues to increase, and the problems such as unreasonable energy use and environmental pollution are becoming more and more prominent. Of the approximately 43 billion m2 buildings in existence, only 4% have taken measures to improve energy efficiency.

Based on the need for all kinds of buildings to reduce emissions, Kangpai Intelligent has developed an energy management system for smart buildings, with the purpose of establishing a quantitative evaluation system for energy conservation in intelligent buildings, and forming a classification, itemization and sub-regional statistical analysis of energy consumption by collecting energy consumption information in the building, which plays an important role in the unified scheduling of energy, optimizing the balance of energy medium, reducing gas emissions, improving environmental protection quality, reducing comprehensive energy consumption of enterprises and improving labor productivity, and helping customers use energy more effectively, so as to achieve "energy-saving management, green energy efficiency".

The intelligent building energy management system adopts advanced intelligent integration technology, is an energy management platform based on the B S architecture, which collects the energy consumption and operation information of various energy consumption monitoring points (substation and distribution, lighting, air conditioning, elevators, water supply and drainage, hot water units and key equipment), and the system is fully functional and can be applied in different large buildings to achieve scientific utilization of energy consumption and continuous efficiency of energy saving.

The smart building energy management system monitors and manages the real-time monitoring and management of scattered and independent smart meters, equipment, and various energy consumption data with a unified software interface. Users can view through a browser or a local server, and the system interface is a human-machine interface in the form of problems, drawings, diagrams, etc., which displays various information on equipment operation status and energy consumption, and provides interactive means.
