Autumn and Winter Check-in Challenge Since graduating from college, I have rarely been able to eat spicy mix, I still remember my favorite shouting at my aunt at the stall "sweet and sour", traveling to the Northeast, and forgetting to eat slimy spicy mix, forget it, then make it at home this time!Simple and delicious spicy mix, just one secret sauce, boiled with your favorite vegetables, meat, meatballs, anything delicious!
Spicy chicken sauce
Required Materials:
All kinds of vegetables, fish balls.
4 tablespoons aged vinegar.
Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons.
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon.
Totole Fresh Chicken Juice 1 tablespoon.
White sesame seeds 10g
2 cloves of garlic.
1 shallot.
Tahini 2 tablespoons.
A pinch of sugar.
The production process
1.Peel and slice the potatoes, soak the tofu skewers in advance until soft, break the broccoli into small pieces and soak them in salted water.
2.Add water to the pot, put in the boilable ingredients after the water boils, and remove after cooking.
3.Then add broccoli, bean skin, corn and other easy-to-cook ingredients and cook them and take them out.
4.Next, season the sauce. Put minced garlic, chopped green onion and white sesame seeds in a bowl and spray with hot oil until fragrant.
5.Then pour in the vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and fresh chicken juice.
6.Add two tablespoons of tahini, throw the sugar, and stir well. (If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with the water in which you cook the vegetables).
7.Pour the sauce over the cooked ingredients and stir well
Garnish with chopped green onions and white sesame seeds.
The slimy spicy mix is really delicious!
〈 tips 〉
1.All condiments contain salt, so there is no need to add additional salt in the later stage.
2.If you like a little more spicy, you can add more chili noodles and spray them with hot oil.
