The 7th Plenary Session of the 11th Guiyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China was held at the Guiyang Convention Center from December 25 to December 26, 2023. After the meeting, Pan Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, was interviewed by a reporter from Guiyang Jiaxiu News.
Pan Jun said that the Seventh Plenary Session of the 11th Municipal Party Committee deepened and redeployed the ideas and measures of "establishing a city with ecology and strengthening the city with industry", including a strong industrial city and submitting relevant "Implementation Opinions", which made the front-line workers feel encouraged and pressured.
Pan Jun said that the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will work hard and continue to move forward, focus on the development blueprint of "high-end, intelligent and green", unswervingly promote the "six grasps" of new industrialization, and promote the development of industrial multiplication with industrial chain thinking and refined services, accelerate the green transformation and upgrading of the industry, and make every effort to complete the goal and task of "establishing an ecological city and a strong industrial city", and strive to embark on an industrial development path with high scientific and technological content, good economic benefits, low resource consumption, less environmental pollution, and full play of human resource advantages.
