Introduction. It is with great gratitude and anticipation for the future that I write my annual review at this exciting time. The past year has been full of challenges and opportunities, which has given me a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and joys of product managers.
Goal Review: Planning & Practice.
At the beginning of the year, I set myself a clear goal: to improve the efficiency of my team, drive product innovation, and deepen the needs of users. At that time, our products faced fierce competition in the market and user needs were changeable. The team's top priority was to drive a key feature online to meet the challenges of the market.
After going through market research and user interviews, we found that users have an urgent need for a more intuitive data analysis function. However, technical difficulties and communication issues among team members slowed down the project.
Achievements & Experiences: The Story Behind the Product.
In order to solve the technical difficulties, I personally led in-depth discussions with the technical team. After researching and comparing the existing technology stacks, we were able to adopt a new technology solution that successfully implemented the data analysis capabilities that users had come to expect. This process not only promotes the growth of the technical team, but also lays the foundation for product innovation.
During the design phase, our team worked collaboratively with the designer. By opening communication channels and regular design reviews, we have successfully incorporated user-friendly design concepts into our products and improved the user experience.
Eventually, after the product was launched, we received a thank you email from users, who said that the launch of the new feature had greatly improved their productivity. This is not only a recognition of the product team, but also the best reward for our efforts.
Skills and knowledge growth: Learning never stops.
In the past year, I have not only become proficient in new product management tools, but also Xi in-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence and UX design. These new skills not only improved my overall literacy, but also made me think more forward-looking about the future development direction of the product.
Teamwork: Cooperate and create brilliance together.
Teamwork is an important part of a product manager's job. I maintain close communication with the development, design, marketing and other departments to ensure that every link is seamless. Together, we overcame various challenges and created a collaborative and effective team atmosphere.
When faced with design disagreements, we use regular design reviews to take everyone's input into account. This not only solves the communication problem, but also promotes team cooperation and makes everyone feel more belonging.

When it comes to personal development, I feel the importance of leadership. By participating in team management, I not only gained a better understanding of how teams work, but also developed my ability to make decisions in complex situations. Over the past year, we have also experienced some project failures and dilemmas. At the beginning of the project, our progress was hampered by an inaccurate judgment of market demand. But it was from this failure that I learned the need for deeper user research, and it also inspired me to be more cautious about product planning.

User feedback is essential for product improvement. By actively listening to our users, we have succeeded in improving several versions and increasing user satisfaction. This also makes me more convinced that product managers should think from the perspective of users and solve the real needs of users.
