In WeWork China's coworking community, you may have noticed a small detail, and that is the staircase.

With its highly creative design, WeWork China has created a very good community atmosphere. As you walk through the neighborhood, you're sure to notice the great charm of the staircase. Using the permeability of space and sight to guide members to flow freely, which is not only energy-saving and environmentally friendly, but also convenient for members on different floors to achieve cross-floor communication, and even some communities will make the staircase into a unique rest area, with thickened cushions and backrests that allow you to sit on the stairs at any time to rest, communicate, and have special fun.

Today, we will take you to those WeWork communities with unique staircases, and see how WeWork China uses an ingenious design to connect the entire community into a whole, free shuttle, cross-level communication, and let members in the community be amazed when using it

What more bikes do you need to work in such a wework community!

Entering from the bustling Weihai Road and passing through an alley in Shikumen, you will find the WeWork community at No. 696 Weihai Road, China. Built in the 30s of the last century, this building was once a racetrack, opium factory, and art studio, and now it has been reborn under the construction of WeWork China Design Team, and has become an office community that breaks the boundaries of work.

While preserving the original structure of the building, we used green as the main color to break up the dull atmosphere of the workspace. This design blends rich history with a lively modernity, while the glass roof ensures that natural light can flood the office area freely. The spacious atrium allows members to freely choose their office location, and the core location of the Nanjing West Road business district makes it easy for partners to find and complete cooperation negotiations, properly enhancing the corporate image.

The highlight of the neighborhood is the spiral staircase.

The staircase is the finishing touch, giving spirituality to the entire community while subtly connecting the three floors. The blue-green wooden railings are aesthetically pleasing and eye-catching. This is not only a passage to different floors, but also a place where you can overlook the flow of colors in the entire space, and many blockbusters in the community were filmed here.

Located near the People's Square business district and adjacent to the Muslim neighborhood, we borrowed the concept of the "Silk Road" in the design of the community. Whether it is a hand-painted mural or a brightly colored wallpaper, it is derived from the common plant patterns on the Silk Road, which will take you to feel the style of the Western Regions in a second.

The Silk Road connected Eastern and Western civilizations in ancient times, and in the WeWork China East Yan'an Road Community, we connect the different floors through a landscape staircase, like a green ribbon, allowing members to share a good time here.

The large glass dome at the top of the staircase allows sunlight to pour down and illuminate the staircase, as well as on every member who meets on the staircase, making the space extra bright and everyone extra bright.

Located at the intersection of Changle Road and Anfu Road, we used the elements of French plane leaves in the design, and the bright yellow like autumn is scattered in various areas of the community, making the whole space fresh and warm.

When you push the door open, you will be greeted by a bright yellow spiral staircase that connects the two floors.

First of all, on the circulation line, this staircase has the function of dividing different areas. The social bar and sofa area are placed together, and on the other side is a hot desk for office work, separated by a staircase, and the two areas are separated, which also adds visual layers.

This sleek spiral staircase connects the different floors and becomes a natural hub for members to communicate and interact, allowing you to travel between floors and connect members on different floors, allowing communication and interaction to happen naturally.

Located in the heart of the Huaihai Road business district, the WEWORK Shanghai Plaza community has a unique public area design, with 3 floors of high-ceiling space, and natural sunlight can be evenly sprinkled throughout the building through transparent glass. Thanks to this space design, the space on the 3rd to 6th floors has excellent natural lighting, so that people in the space can connect with the external natural environment indoors, obtain the positive energy brought by nature, and work efficiently with a good mood.

Connecting the neighborhood is a staggered staircase in an atrium.

The presence of the staircase eliminates the need to wait in line for the elevator, which saves a lot of time, whether it is a business meeting in the public area on the third floor, a meeting in the conference room on the fourth floor, or a large panoramic terrace on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the city center.

In the bustling Jing'an Temple business district, WEWORK China has created a dedicated office space - WEWORK China Yueshang Building Community.

Bright floor-to-ceiling windows and a tall design provide members with plenty of natural light and expansive views. The color-jumping sofa makes the eyes of members shine, makes the whole space lively, and brings members a feeling of beauty and infinite inspiration.

As a 6-storey WeWork community, a spiral staircase is set up in the space, and the clash of pink and green makes the colors a highlight of inspiration, and we also encourage members to move between different floors to increase the chance of meeting between members.

The WeWork China Yueshang Building community also often uses the staircase for holding events as a decorative decoration for the event. Whether it's a "revolving wall" covered in artwork or a scene in the game, there's a lot more possibilities waiting for you to discover.

At WeWork China, stairs are not just decorations, but also places where activities take place. Take those corner fixtures that are often overlooked and give them a new look, making it one of the most compelling features of the WeWork community. As a one-stop coworking space solution, WeWork China will never miss out on any element that creates possibilities for its members. By designing spaces to meet the needs of members and solve their problems, we will ultimately break down the boundaries of work and inspire endless business momentum.
