Because of its high plant omega 3 content, flaxseed oil microcapsule powder is easily absorbed, 5 to 8 times more absorbable than animal omega 3 and can be added to a variety of foods and beverages. Therefore, this technology brings a good way for Chinese people with severe intake of omega-3 supplementation to supplement omega-3.
