The soldiers gathered tightly around Wang Xianliang and learned how he Xi "accurately check the pulse and prescribe medicine to cure diseases" for the radar.
I squeezed into the crowd with curiosity.
I saw Wang Xianliang skillfully preparing tools, flexibly repairing with both hands, and handling every detail perfectly.
Before I could see it, Wang Xianliang had already finished repairing. He turned the machine back on, and sure enough, the radar was working. The officers and soldiers at the scene applauded unanimously.
Wang Xianliang added: "In this case, first of all, everyone must react quickly in the brain, judge the location of the fault according to the actual situation, and then deal with it carefully and rigorously”
When I first met Wang Xianliang, he was still a young man, and now when I see him again, I find that his temples are a little gray and the corners of his eyes are wrinkled. Although he has entered the age of no confusion, Wang Xianliang is still full of energy. With a dark face and bright eyes, he is always pleasant, modest and cautious when teaching...This is Wang Xianliang in my eyes.
Over the years, under the guidance of Wang Xianliang's words and deeds, many comrades have gradually grown into the backbone of radar professional technology, and Second Class Sergeant Lu Xiaoqing is one of them. Wang Xianliang unreservedly taught all his skills to his comrades-in-arms. It is often said that radar is the eye of artillery, and Wang Xianliang is the eye of radar.
Squad leader Wang was listed as the first batch of army craftsman training objects this year, and served as a professional instructor of the group army's equipment co-ordination and sub-training radar for four consecutive years, and was rated by the group army as an excellent 'four skills' instructor of the equipment system, a model of the patriotic army's elite martial arts, and was awarded two second-class merits and one third-class merit"As we walked down the cabin, Lu Xiaoqing told me about Wang Xianliang's honor and his experience in a live-fire exercise.

The opportunity was fleeting, and Wang Xianliang immediately made adjustments, looking for the crux of the problem, and adjusting the relevant settings to the best position. Immediately afterwards, the shell was discharged again, and this time he successfully locked the position of the explosion point accurately, and the commander quickly corrected the data according to the coordinates of the explosion point, and issued a shooting command to the position, and the shell was accurately pounced on the target. After the assessment, Wang Xianliang breathed a long sigh of relief, and his hanging heart finally relaxed.
Wang Xianliang deeply imprinted the experience of this live-fire drill in his heart. Later, before each live firing, Wang Xianliang had to make sure that the radar was in the best condition. He also summed up his experience and analyzed and discussed it with his comrades-in-arms.
I listened attentively, and I didn't notice that Wang Xianliang was already standing behind us.
There's nothing special about it, it's just an accumulation of experience. I just did what I had to do in my job and did my best to give back to the organization. Listening to our praise, Wang Xianliang waved his hand shyly.

Wang Xianliang is both a radar squad leader and a radar technician. His position is ordinary, but decades of dedication and persistence have extraordinary significance.
As a radar technician, he has a professional quality; As a squad leader, he is like a brother, and his love for the soldiers in the squad is as delicate as the silent spring rain that moistens things. When the fighters in the squad are not feeling well, he will stare at the fighters to take medicine and make "sick meals" to supplement the nutrition of the soldiers; In the summer field training, the tent is unbearably hot, and he will take the initiative to give up the ventilation bunk to the young soldiers...
As the sun set, the afterglow fell on Wang Xianliang and his comrades in training. The way they forge ahead together is particularly dazzling.
