2024 National Class 1 Constructor Qualification Examination Application Conditions and Requirements:
1. Application conditions.
Those who abide by national laws and regulations and meet one of the following conditions can apply to participate in the first-class construction engineer qualification examination
1.Obtain a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects.
2.Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects.
3.Obtained a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects.
4.Obtain a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and work for 2 years, including 1 year in construction management of construction projects.
5.Obtained a doctorate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least 1 year.

2. Conditions for exemption from some subjects.
Those who meet the above registration conditions, and obtain the "first-level project manager qualification certificate of construction enterprises" issued by the former Ministry of Construction before December 31, 2003, and meet one of the following conditions, can be exempted from the examination of "construction engineering economy" and "construction project management" 2 subjects, and only participate in the examination of "construction engineering regulations and related knowledge" and "professional engineering management and practice" 2 subjects:
1.Employed in senior professional and technical positions in engineering or engineering economics.
2.Have a college degree or above in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for more than 20 years.
3. If the application conditions involve the professional working time limit, it will be calculated until the end of the year of application.
Fourth, due to professional and technical personnel qualification examination violations of discipline and regulations, has been dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations, still in the suspension period of personnel, shall not register for the examination.

5. Compared with the second-level construction engineer certificate, the first construction certificate has the following advantages:
Wider scope of practice: The Level 1 Constructor Certificate is valid nationwide, while the Class II Constructor Certificate is usually only available within the province.
Higher gold content: Since the examination difficulty and requirements of the first-level constructor certificate are higher than those of the second-level constructor certificate, the gold content of the first-level constructor certificate is also higher. Candidates with this certificate can be responsible for larger-scale construction projects, and the speed and height of the position is much higher than that of Constructor II.
Enjoy better treatment: Practitioners with a Level 1 Constructor Certificate will generally have a higher salary and benefits than those with a Class 2 Constructor Certificate.
More opportunities for development: Holders of the First Class Constructor Certificate have more opportunities to develop in the construction industry, such as becoming a project manager.
In general, the Level 1 Constructor Certificate has more advantages than the Level 2 Constructor Certificate, but the exam is correspondingly more difficult.
