EAC Certification and EAC Declaration of Children's products
EAC certification and EAC declaration for children's products are conformity certification procedures strictly controlled by the Russian state authorities. The technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) stipulate quality and safety standards for all types of products: the product composition must be completely free of any harmful or dangerous ingredients, the design must have a safe shape and a mechanism that does not cause harm, etc.

Get advice. Manufacturers and distributors of children's products must undergo inspections to confirm their quality and safety, after which an EAC declaration or EAC certificate in compliance with the TR CU Technical Regulations must be issued, and in some cases a State Registration Certificate (SGR) must be issued. Without these certifications, products may not be sold, or even shipped.
Important!Permission documents for children's products can only be issued by an accredited body, in particular with a certificate of recognition.

The EAC declaration and EAC certification of the TR CU (Technical Regulations of the Customs Union) are mandatory certification procedures for placing children's products on the market, while GOST R certification is a voluntary certification procedure with the aim of strengthening the competitive advantage and increasing the confidence of today's discerning consumers.

To obtain EAC certification, one must prepare a set of documents:
Information confirming the registration of a legal entity by the applicant of the Eurasian Union (OGRN record form).
Lease agreement for production premises (for domestic series manufacturers in Russia).
Authorized representative contract on the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (for foreign serial manufacturers).
Technical documentation (TU, GOST, STO, etc.).
Toy Technical Description.
Product color**.
Information on the raw materials, materials and components used (manufacturers of serial production).
Contracts and invoices (single batch products).

The client submits an application for certification and a series of documents to the certification body;
The certification body makes the certification decision;
Analyze the state of production (ASP).
Select standard samples for testing in accredited laboratories;
Import the samples for testing into the territory of the EU (in the case of a foreign manufacturer) in the case of a declaration of goods;
