According to a November 29 report by Kokang Information Network, the Allied forces have once again made remarkable achievements on the battlefield, successfully recovering the Gongzhang area near Lao Cai. In this battle, the 125th Battalion of the Northeast Burma Military Region and the 270 fighters of the Kwok Clan Militia all surrendered, while the commander of the 16th Field Brigade of the Burmese Army fled with more than 100 people, and many Burmese troops surrendered voluntarily.
At present, the Allied forces are gradually recapturing the important prosperous areas near Lao Cai, and have also successfully occupied the three key strongholds of Silversmith Field, No. 126 and Daxinzhai in Dongshan District, and the next target is the park near the Dongcheng of Lao Cai. This war can be described as a raging war, the two sides go back and forth,-for-tat, and to achieve victory in Lao Cai is still the key to this battle. The fighting power and victorious posture displayed by the Allied forces have made people marvel at their determination and strength, and it is worth continuing to pay attention to their strategic deployment and performance.
The Chinese language ** is immersed in the scorching heat, and now the Asian media have widely reported the military battle that shocked the world and the "battle of the arched palms." After all, the Allied forces had already conquered more than 160 strongholds of the Burmese army and the civilian forces in the park in the 1027 movement, so why was this battle hailed as a historic victory? In fact, there are two reasons why the seemingly intricate situation can be understood.
The first reason, in order to better understand the "Battle of the Arch Palm", we have to go back to the origin of history. In addition to the well-known street district, Kokang also covers the Qinghe District, the Rolling Embroidery District, the Excitement District, the Dongliao District and the Red Zone. Let's take a closer look at the Chinese town, which has been occupied by the Burmese army for more than 30 years. However, in this fierce all-out purge by the Allied forces, liberation was finally ushered in.
The first reason is that, judging from the results of this battle, the field brigade leadership of the Burmese army was completely crushed. Please note that I am neutral in explaining to you that this is a field brigade and not a force in the Khamma region. In order to confront the armed forces in various provinces, the Burmese army has specially set up 12 field divisions with mechanized combat capability outside various military regions, which are the only ones in Burma that can be mobilized to support various localities, and according to the standard calculation of three brigades, that is, 36 brigades, of which the famous 66th and 99th divisions are components.
This battle was a great victory, and the headquarters of the 99th Division of the Burmese Army in the Menggu area was directly attacked by Allied drones, resulting in a heavy number of division personnel. As a result, the Burmese army's strength has been severely weakened, especially in Northern Shan State and Kokang, where their foothold has become precarious. The withdrawal of the Tatmadaw from the Kokang region will be inevitable, and a complete loss of control over Shan State is not out of the question. This victory may be a fatal blow that will push the Burmese army into a corner.
Of course, the question that many military enthusiasts are now very concerned about is when they will be able to enter Lao Cai and seize those most important areas. This problem is not simple, because in Lao Cai, the Bai family, the Wei family, and the Burmese army have been deployed there for many years, and every piece of land has been reinforced to be airtight. The situation is very complicated. Without the complete elimination of these forts, the Burmese army will be able to use the vantage points to direct artillery and aircraft counterattacks, and will also be able to cut off Allied supply lines.
Therefore, the current Allied forces must be steady, although progress is slower, but this is the wisest thing to do. This will not only avoid a decisive battle with the Burmese army and gradually deplete the enemy's combat strength in the park, but also reduce the losses of entering the battle of Lao Cai in the future. In order to lay the foundation for Chinese autonomy in northern Burma, the three brothers of the Allied Army had a maximum of 20,000 guns. Despite a month's worth of victories, there were still losses from time to time.
Peng Deren cherishes the strength of the army very much, and will not easily start a decisive battle in Lao Cai. However, this has provided an opportunity for the Tatmadaw to take full advantage of aerial bombardment, but it is difficult to take advantage of the characteristics of drone squads. However, the Allied forces did not have much time, and the Tatmadaw would not be beaten all the time. In addition, the West is too busy with the Palestinian-Israeli and Russian-Ukrainian issues to intervene, so we must seize this rare opportunity to seize Lao Cai as soon as possible with minimal losses and establish the foundation of Chinese autonomy in northern Myanmar.
