4.1.1. Introduction to technology.
Interior wall plastering construction is generally carried out after the acceptance of the concrete structure and the masonry structure of the filling wall, it is a face project in the construction process, how to control the construction quality of the plastering project has become the most important construction process in the process of rough decoration construction, and the ash cake set up according to the masonry control line is the most critical step of the plastering project, the setting of the ash cake is used to control the flatness, verticality, yin and yang angles of the building wall, ensure the thickness of the wall mortar, and control the thickness of the mortar. This construction method adopts the cross-type vertical laser surface output by laser leveler as the datum plane of pasting ash cake to paste cake, that is, first on the floor of the house that needs to carry out plastering construction according to the traditional way to set up the control line, then the laser leveling instrument is placed on the control line, so that after the straight line in the laser cross line projected on the floor coincides or parallels with the control line, the laser surface that coincides with the control line or is parallel can be used as the datum plane of the paste cake to paste the ash cake, and the distance from the end face of each ash cake to the laser surface of the datum plane is measured by using a steel angle ruler, so that the distance between the end face of each ash cake and the laser surface of the datum plane is consistent。 This construction method not only has the advantages of high construction efficiency and simple and convenient operation, but also has the advantages of low construction cost, saving raw materials, and low requirements for the technical level of construction personnel.
4.1.2 technical points.
1) Ground 200-line check bomb set.
After the floor cleaning is completed and the original control line is found, the original 200 control line needs to be checked, and the unclear place needs to be re-played, mainly checking the size of the two lines in the same bay and the size of the control line on both sides of the same wall. This step is very important to restore all the control lines on all sides and make the crossings clear. Make a red paint mark at the intersection of the 200 control line set up, and the logo is triangular. The red triangle paint markings provide a reference point for the subsequent erection of the laser leveler.

1) Determination of the ash cake point.
According to the thickness of the plaster, return from the 200 control line, determine the thickness of the ash cake, and use a steel tape measure to measure the distance between the end face of each ash cake and the laser surface of the datum plane, so that the end face of the ash cake that is fixed is used as the datum plane.
The distance between the laser surfaces is consistent.
The horizontal lines placed on the two walls in the same bay must be at the same horizontal elevation, and the vertical lines must be on the same symmetry, so as to prepare for the use of a rangefinder to review the depth of the bay.
The horizontal lines placed on both sides of the same wall must be at the same height to prepare for the wall thickness to be checked with a ruler.
