24SH gasket sheets are made by expanding 100% virgin PTFE using a proprietary process that produces a homogeneous and highly fibrous microstructure with the same tensile strength in all directions. The resulting product has significantly different properties compared to conventional PTFE sheets. This material is softer and more elastic than regular PTFE sheets, so it can easily fit irregular and rough surfaces. In addition, the material is easier to compress and minimizes creep and cold flow.
Application: TEADIT 24SH gasket material meets FDA food contact regulations and EU 1935 2004 standards. 24SH is a universal gasket sheet that replaces all other types of PTFE sheets. In addition to molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine, it seals all aggressive chemicals over the entire 0-14 pH range. It is made of 100% pure PTFE, which not only resists chemical attack, but also does not contaminate or fade the final product.

Features: TEADIT 24SH has excellent ductility without the need to repair small damage and irregularities in the sealing area (flange surface).
The spacers cut by TEADIT 24SH are dimensionally stable, i.e. they do not widen when compressed. This allows narrow flange faces to be safely sealed.
The teadit 24sh installation is quick and easy. Used gaskets can be easily removed with no residue.
