Overview of Helios Gas Pulse Fan B-IVAD 315 2 F 300 type
Helios Ventilatoren is a German company founded in 1947. The company is committed to designing, manufacturing and selling high-quality ventilation equipment to provide reliable and efficient ventilation solutions.
B-IVAD 315 2 F 300 Model:
The compact gas pulse fan impresses with maximum thrust performance and low noise emissions. They are available in both axial and radial versions and are suitable for ventilation and smoke extraction in parking lots. The temperature range is 300 °C for 120 minutes or 400 °C for 120 minutes (smoke extraction mode) or 60 °C (continuous operation).
Pulse fans are used for daily ventilation in parking lots and to ensure smoke evacuation in the event of a fire. Other necessary sewer networks can be omitted - space requirements and installation costs are significantly reduced. In addition, supply fans and exhaust fans can work with much lower resistance. This optimizes operating points and minimizes operating costs.
Features: Axial and radial gas pulse fans in the F300 and F400.
Diameter 315-560 mm
Thrust up to 75 n
In the event of a fire, the smoke is transported by a pulse fan in the direction of the exhaust point. By mixing the flue gas with the garage air, the flue gas temperature is significantly reduced. This makes the deployment of firefighters easier and faster. In addition, structural damage caused by just-in-time heating is reduced. In contrast to ducted parking lot ventilation systems, the use of pulsed fans can control airflow to ensure continuous and effective ventilation and expel life-saving smoke in the event of an emergency.
Principle:1Gas intake: A gas fan draws in a large amount of fresh air or fuel mixed with gas through the air intake.
2.Compression: The inlet gas passes through the compression chamber and passes through the rotation of the turbine blades, under the action of the turbine, the gas is compressed into a high-pressure gas.
3.Combustion: The compressed high-pressure gas enters the combustion chamber, and the fuel is mixed with the gas and ignited to produce a high-temperature and high-pressure combustion gas.
4.Expansion: The combustion gas at high temperature and high pressure enters the turbine impeller and rotates the turbine impeller through the reaction force of the blades.
5.Exhaust: As the turbine blades rotate, the gas is gradually expelled to form a high-velocity airflow.
6.Rotating machinery: The rotation of the turbine impeller drives axial mechanical equipment, such as fan blades or compressors.
