Before that, I only ate raw vegetables and fruits at every meal, and when I was really hungry and uncomfortable, I would sprint as fast as I could, run three or five hundred meters, or do dozens of push-ups, panting, sweating, I didn't want to eat at all, and even wanted to vomit a little. Eh, through the diary, I saw that I had the opportunity to eat a meal every two to three days, so on the way to **, I didn't experience the kind of despair that I couldn't see at a glance, on the contrary, I think this kind of life is pretty good, you think, you can drop a kilogram every two or three days, and you can eat and drink, can that mood be unpleasant?The third point, every day, must supplement vitamins, because I know that the human body is short of calories for a short time, but vitamin deficiency will make you sick, as for how to supplement, I will not advertise this, there are many brands on the Internet, the cheaper the better. Because the ingredients are different, as long as it is produced by a regular manufacturer, anyway, I eat it for a few dollars a bottle.
The fourth point is to exercise as much as possible every day, but not quantitatively, without a fixed goal, the purpose of exercise is not **, in fact, exercise is not directly **, for example, to consume a kilogram of fat, you need to run at a speed of four kilometers per hour for more than 40 hours, what is this concept?But what about sports, can be indirectly **, what does it mean?It's just to remind yourself all the time, hey, how hard it is to exercise, take it easy when eating, it's as simple as that.
