Since 2001, Guangqi Honda's after-sales service technical skills competition has been held every year, with layers of screening and merit-based selection, and the competition promotes training to comprehensively improve the business ability of front-line personnel in the service field.

The Guangqi Honda After-sales Service Technical Skills Competition has been comprehensively upgraded and strengthened in terms of schedule setting, assessment content and form, and has innovated and broken through the selection mode of service elites. The specific rules of the competition process are as follows:

Round 1: Topic presentation + scenario simulation

Assessment time: 15 minutes.

Assessment method: 1Lots will be drawn to determine the examination venue and the order of entry.

2.The 32 teams were divided into 2 examination rooms to present the topic at the same time.

3.It is done by MG and SA, and you can use props to display the project.

4.After the presentation, comments and Q&A will be conducted.

Assessment content and question type:

Content: After-sales management field.

Question type: appearance + topic presentation + Q&A.

Scoring method: 100 points in total;

Professional judges' score: 70%;Scored by 7 judges in each exam room (out of 100), the score is removed.

After the highest and lowest scoring judges, the average score of the remaining 5 judges.

Special judges' score: 30%;The score is scored by 15 special judges in each examination room (out of 100), and the score is the average score of the remaining 13 judges after removing the highest and lowest judges.

The score of each team is: professional judges' score + special judge's score.

80% of the overall score of this round will be added directly to the total score of the first round.

Round 2: Jedi Strikes Back Compete on the same stage

Assessment method: three rounds of compulsory answers, optional answers, and rush answers.

Assessment content and question type:

Content: After-sales management field.

Question type: Compulsory: 8 groups of contestants answer 10 objective questions together.

Optional answers: The optional questions are subjective, with 2 score levels covering 8 answer areas. 8 groups of contestants are selected with "score value first, field selection later".

There are 2 rounds of answers, and the time limit for answering questions is 2 minutes.

Each group of players will have 1 chance to use the following tips in the selection round: Family & Friends Group Help 1 minute extra time.

Rush answer: The question is set as an objective question, and the time limit for this round is 20 minutes, and the rush answer for each question is limited.

Scoring method: Required: 10 points for objective questions, a total of 10 questions, direct scoring, no deduction for incorrect answers.

Optional answer: There are 16 questions in each of the two score levels of 20 points and 40 points, which are scored by 9 professional judges and 30 special store judges

Professional judges' score: 70%;9 professional judges (out of 20 40, excluding the highest and lowest, taking the average) 70%.

Special judges' score: 30%;30 special judges (out of 20 40, excluding the highest and lowest, taking the average) 30%.

The score of each team is: professional judges' score + special judge's score.

Time-limited rush answer: A total of 24 objective questions, 10 points, correct answers are scored, and incorrect answers are deducted.

The score of each group of teams is: required score + optional score + rush score.
