On July 5, 2019, the Industrial Development Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, the China Association for the Peaceful Utilization of Military Technology, and the China Machine Tool Industry Association held the "Supply and Demand Docking Exchange Meeting for High-end CNC Machine Tools in the Field of Aero Engines" in Dalian, and Changsha Sisheng was invited to participate.
At the meeting, the person in charge of Changsha Sisheng learned that the current domestic aircraft engine turbine disc tenon and groove manufacturing broaching process are processed by high-end CNC broaching machines in Germany and the United States, to a certain extent, by the technical blockade and hindrance, and very expensive, the relevant ministries and commissions of the state hope to focus on the development of China's own high-end CNC machine tools, with 2 to 5 years to achieve the localization of high-end CNC machine tools.

Chen Liuyang told reporters that the person in charge of the company quickly formed a team after returning from Beijing. With the support of relevant domestic aero engine manufacturers, it cooperated with relevant enterprises and colleges and universities in the same month to start the research and development of six-axis CNC tongue and groove side broaching machine.
After 4 years of continuous investment, Changsha Sisheng has cultivated a technical team including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software, which has broken the technical blockade of foreign research and development of China's high-end CNC broaching machine, broken through the core technical bottleneck of aero-engine turbine disc tenon and groove processing, and realized the localization of six-axis CNC tenon and groove special broaching machine. At present, Changsha Sisheng is stepping up the production of the equipment, which can achieve an annual output of 2 sets of six-axis CNC tenon and groove special broaching machines, which will completely replace imports and meet the needs of China's aero engine turbine disc tenon and groove broaching, save about 30 million yuan in foreign exchange annually, and promote the technological progress and development of equipment manufacturing and related industries.
Not only that, Changsha Sisheng has more than 20 core products such as horizontal internal drawing machine, in recent years, continuous innovation, the development of high-precision double servo internal drawing machine and other products have broken the foreign monopoly, filling the domestic gap, is a national specialized and new "little giant" enterprise, Hunan Province and Changsha City Enterprise Technology Center, has won the Hunan Province manufacturing (broaching machine) single champion, with more than 70 patents, including 13 invention patents.
