Signing ceremonySubsequently, Wang Xiaobing and his entourage went to the signing site of the "Pakistan Punjab Air Detection System Construction and Operation and Maintenance Project". The project was initiated by Pakistan's Ministry of Environment to combat the growing problem of air pollution in Punjab province. It is planned to set up 21 real-time air quality monitoring stations in 8 districts of the province to ensure accurate and timely monitoring of air quality. Adhering to the concept of green development, Concentrating Technology and NORINCO assisted the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Pakistan to carry out a green development plan and build a real-time air quality monitoring system to strengthen its air environment monitoring and management capabilities and promote green investment. At the beginning of the ceremony, Gu Haitao, Wang Xiaobing, and Tian Kunlun delivered speeches successively. Gu Haitao first welcomed the arrival of Wang Xiaobing and his entourage.
