1. FourthMiscellaneous
1. If Party A assesses that Party B is no longer suitable for the requirements of this position, Party A has the right to terminate this contract and notify Party B one week in advance.
2. When Party B takes the initiative to terminate this contract, it shall notify Party A 30 days in advance, and Party B shall go through the relevant procedures in accordance with the company's regulations.
3. All disputes arising from the performance of this contract shall be settled by arbitration or litigation in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
