On the one hand, charging pile operators purchase electricity prices. In May this year, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the "Notice on the Third Regulatory Cycle Provincial Power Grid Transmission and Distribution Prices and Related Matters", and the new electricity price scheme was implemented on June 1, and the user's electricity consumption was gradually classified into three categories of residents' lives, agricultural production and industrial and commercial electricity. The construction cost of charging piles in the early stage is high, and there is no subsidy policy enjoyed during the construction period after it is put into operation, the long-term low-price operation "market grabbing" strategy, and the use efficiency of charging piles after completion is not high and the cost is slow, so that they are facing greater operating pressure, and most charging pile operators are still losing money. The dual pressures of rising electricity costs and slow operating costs** are forcing charger operators to increase charging** to maintain operations.

As an emerging industry in China's key development, new energy vehicles must cooperate with the first level and the enterprise level to break through the encirclement, promote the healthy and steady development of the industry, and escort the rapid development of new energy vehicles.

* Introduce policies for macroeconomic control. Now most cities have canceled the maximum price limit for charging service fees, and each operator can decide the level of charging service fees according to the competitive situation in the market, but for the chaos of the current market competition, it is still necessary to regulate and grasp the level of charging. Moreover, the spatial layout of the charging pile is uneven and unreasonable, and some charging piles on the market are overcrowded, which cannot meet the charging needs of car ownersSome charging piles are unattended, and the use efficiency is low;Some charging pile parking spaces have been occupied by oil trucks for a long time, not to mention the construction cost. Therefore, the demand research, site selection and layout, the upper limit of charging, the difference in electricity prices between peaks and valleys, and the control of parking spaces need to be controlled and intervened on the basis of full investigation of market demand, so as to better meet the market demand and give full play to the benefits of charging piles.

Operators and enterprises cooperate to improve quality and efficiency. The charging piles in the current market are owned by multiple operators, some are self-built by car brands, some are power grid construction, and some are third-party platform construction. Operators should strengthen linkage and cooperation, increase technology investment, and establish an interoperable and inclusive charging APP platform with digital empowerment, so as to realize online query of surrounding power stations and the current occupancy situation at a glance, so that car owners can reasonably stagger peaks, scientifically plan charging arrangements, and realize universal charging APP. For example, Hainan Province has built a "one network" supervision and operation service platform for charging and swapping on the whole island, with access to 141 charging and swapping facility operators, 2,813 charging stations, and 2360,000 charging piles, 340,000 charging guns, 61 battery swap stations, and a total construction power of about 1.24 million kilowatts, basically realizing "one app to travel the whole province".

New energy vehicles have become the "new favorite" of the automobile market and have become the choice of more and more people. It is hoped that the charging fee can be stabilized at a reasonable level in the future, so that people's lives will be more convenient and comfortable.
