Electrostatic inductance is one of the main parameters for each assembly unit to detect whether pyrotechnics are qualified, and the electrostatic inductance testing device is the only special equipment for electrostatic inductance testing of pyrotechnics.
For many years, the electrostatic inductance test device has been subject to the third party, and this kind of equipment is a niche equipment, and there is no domestic manufacturer, which has a great impact on the maintenance of the company's electrostatic inductance test device.
In order to solve the problem of the use of production units, the Metrology Physical and Chemical Center set up a research team and decided to develop its own electrostatic inductance test device. The team formulated a detailed R&D and design plan, carefully studied the use requirements of each unit, successively independently designed the electrical schematic diagram of the device, completed the integration of the operation panel, control circuit, boost, collection and discharge parts, and optimized the faults that the old models are prone to.
Throughout the development process, the team experienced ...... failure, continuation, failure and continuation
However, we were not discouraged or discouraged, and finally completed the production of the prototype under countless attempts, and on this basis, the details were optimized according to the requirements of each unit. This year, the "JCY-1" electrostatic inductance tester finally came out, and all the test indicators met the requirements of use, and the performance was better than that of the third-party original model equipment.
The team also compiled the instrument instruction manual and operation precautions, and drafted the company's "Electrostatic Inductance Tester Calibration Specification" to ensure the subsequent use and maintenance of the equipment.
It is reported that the cost of the "JCY-1 type" electrostatic inductance tester developed by the center is only 30% of the third-party procurement cost. The successful completion of this research and development task not only solves the problem of "stuck neck" of the electrostatic inductance test device, meets the urgent needs of production, but also saves procurement costs and maintenance costs for the company.
The Metrology and Physics and Chemistry Center will continue to give full play to its professional expertise, while effectively ensuring the verification and calibration of measuring instruments and the analysis and testing of pyrotechnic agents, it will also provide feasibility study plans for the special inspection and testing equipment needs of the company's scientific research and production units, continuously improve the professional level, and promote the high-quality development of the company.
