Dizzy Bird is a casual fast-food Mediterranean barbecue restaurant in Southern California with a Lebanese accent. The company is made up of passionate, chicken-loving people who are committed to using their PhD-level mastery of chicken to make meals better, healthier, and happier.
It's not your grandma's boring old – it has a lot of flavor. We partnered with the QSR brand to unfold its core brand strategy, which is rooted in two simple things: chicken and joy. The result is a playful branding with a Mediterranean-inspired swirl pattern, and a down-to-earth brand voice kit rooted in joy and passion.
Dizzy Bird's signature swirls and brand image dazzle with a flock of chickens in Turkish felt hats jumping, dancing and twirling as a nod to how the brand seasons and cooks chicken – spinning on a rotisserie grill rather than frying it. The logo is young and seductive, evoking more dynamism in the personality of the letter.
We designed colorful menus, giveaways, and food packaging designs to provide a delicious dining experience, with arabesques incorporating arabesques into the restaurant space and signage elements to highlight the brand's Mediterranean roots.
You can't help but feel happy when you taste Dizzy Bird's chicken, so we put a lot of emphasis on that feeling in our restaurant's branding and messaging.
Being happy means celebrating life's small victories, like enjoying a great meal with great people.
