Regarding the development of massive clinical data resources precipitated in major hospitals, Feng Donglei also expounded his own views. He believes that data can be transformed into structured data through data cleaning to form a high-quality case database. It can be used as a clinical research sample to help researchers determine the topic selection. After confirming the topic, you can further filter and clean the data, and iterate continuously to build a structured research sample dataset.

Feng Donglei introduced the intelligent clinical research platform and application based on blockchain and big data. At present, hospitals are paying more and more attention to multi-center clinical research, but due to information security, privacy protection and other reasons, it is difficult to summarize and calculate clinical data. By introducing blockchain and privacy-preserving computing technology, we can make full use of the cooperative hospitals to establish a local specialized patient database to achieve distributed multi-center, data sharing and model training.

On the basis of clinical data governance, combined with blockchain technology, it empowers biomedical clinical research and development, and supports intelligent clinical trials, real-world research, digital research, and artificial intelligence medical device research and development. Realize intelligent patient recruitment, intelligent data collection and filling, blockchain-based remote monitoring, and adverse drug reactions in clinical research. For example, based on big data and artificial intelligence, potential adverse reactions can be continuously detected through the background system, and suspected patients can be detected in time to reduce underreporting. Wang Fei introduced that at present, Mingdu Zhiyun's AI products have basically covered the fields of pharmaceutical R&D, manufacturing, and compliance, and the software products have achieved full life cycle coverage. By involving AI in drug manufacturing, it can reduce production process deviations by 30%-50%, helping companies make full use of production capacity, broaden profit margins, and shorten delivery cycles. In Wang Fei's view, it is a gradual process for enterprises to realize smart production with the help of AI models

First of all, enterprises need to digitize all kinds of data generated in each production process, and the various production data that are retained can become the "nourishment" of the dedicated AI model in the future. In terms of practical application, Wang Fei gave an example. In the field of penicillin fermentation, there is a great deal of instability between different batches of product due to the complexity of the production process. After communicating with the enterprise, Mingdu Zhiyun completed the model deployment after two weeks of data governance, feature screening, and valence. In a short period of time, 35% of the abnormal rate was controlled, which helped pharmaceutical manufacturers improve their efficiency.

Zhang Yuming, the moderator, concluded that the digitalization of the pharmaceutical industry has just taken the first step in the long march, and compared with other industries, the current informatization level of the pharmaceutical industry is relatively low, and the digitalization process has just begun.
